Elaine Flinn - Deadly Collection (2005)
Reviewed by David J. Montgomery
Elaine Flinn, one of today’s best writers of traditional mysteries, returns this month with Deadly Collection, the latest installment in her charming series about Carmel, California antiques dealer Molly Doyle.
Molly’s latest adventure finds her hired to auction off the contents of a grand estate that once belonged to a pair of Hollywood set designers. Molly discovers that the house holds some dark secrets, including rumors of blackmail, kidnapping and even murder.
As always, Flinn’s sly wit, skillful plotting and gift for character make her work rise above the norm. Rumor is that her publisher has decided to drop the Doyle series. Here’s hoping she finds a new home very soon.

Thank you mega, mega times for your wonderful review and generous comments!! And yes, Molly Doyle has found a new home with Perseverance Press. I'm honored to be with this prestigious house and the next book in the series will be out Fall/2007.
